Who you are
Aside from having a deep-seated love of coffee, you’ll need to be determined and hardworking. Here at Bean Culture, we put all our efforts into making sure every customer has the best experience possible and expect new members of our family to do the same. You’ll also need to be ready to get involved and willing to meet new people. Connections are a big part of who we are, so being naturally friendly and approachable are a huge bonus.
In terms of background and previous experience, there’s no right or wrong answer. You can be a complete beginner fresh out of university, a seasoned professional, or an ex-bank manager turned stay at home mum – there really is nothing that can make you more or less suited to the role.
Training
Because you’re joining our coffee-loving family, you can be sure we’ll help you to fit right in. There’s no need to worry because our Bean Culture team is here to make sure you get all the training you need. From maintaining our perfect roasting standards to finances, you’ll be equipped with all those essential skills for running a successful business. Once the training period is over, you can still ask us any questions you have and we’ll be sure to check in with you to make sure everything is going smoothly.
One of the great things about being a franchisee is being able to manage your own time and really make your little piece of Bean Culture your own. We’re more than happy for you to have your own creative input but will always back you with our tried and trusted techniques.
